Refund policy

Our Refund and Exchange Policy

If you change your mind, we’re happy to provide an exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:

1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase and;
2. The item has not been used and is in the original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.

Once items have been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm your refund or exchange. Refunds will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received an email or refund from us within 3 - 5 working days, you may need to check your pending transactions or speak to your bank or credit card company, as there may be an additional processing time on their end.

If your bank or credit card company has confirmed there is no issue on their end and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via support@oakandsteel.co

 

Returning gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We can only send a refund to the purchaser.

 

Terms

Oak & Steel, reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion and without a specified notice period.

 

Shipping

Oak & Steel will attempt to ship all merchandise within 3-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified.

 

Order cancellation

Orders canceled within 24 hours, if dispatched, will be subject to a fee to cover the cost of return shipping.

 

User Warranties

When placing an order with us, you warrant that you’re over 18 and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, in addition to confirming that you have the authority to place the order with the payment details that you’ve provided.
